Onsite Auction

  • All live auctions are open to the public.

  • An onsite deposit of $500.00 will be collected during registration hours.

  • Bidder registration will take place on site.

  • A valid drivers license must be presented upon registration

  • The U.S Marshal service vehicle sale special term and condition must be read and acknowledged by all prospective buyers. Conditions will be provided on site or can be printed in advance.

Each vehicle is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".

PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY CASH OR BANK CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY AT TIME OF SALE.

A SALES CERTIFICATION FORM will be provided and is required to be completed by successful
bidders at the time of sale immediately following the auction.

Deposits are returned to all unsuccessful bidders

These auctions are conducted with reserve amounts determined by the seizing agency and will not be disclosed. VIN numbers are not posted on any web publication per contract.
